NVMeVPSPRO – Terms and Conditions (TnC)

Introduction

Welcome to NVMeVPSPro, a cloud service provider operating in Indonesia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and constitute a legal agreement between you and NVMeVPSPro. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Definitions

• “Company” refers to NVMeVPSPro, a legally registered cloud service provider in Indonesia.

• “User” refers to any individual or entity that accesses and uses the services provided by NVMeVPSPro.

• “Services” refer to the cloud computing solutions, including but not limited to virtual private servers (VPS), cloud storage, and other related infrastructure provided by NVMeVPSPro.

Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained legal parental or guardian consent. If you are using the services on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.

Account Registration

To access certain services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree to notify NVMeVPSPro immediately of any unauthorized use.

Service Provision

• The Company endeavors to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However, we do not guarantee that the services will be completely free from errors or downtime.

• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance, security purposes, or due to breaches of these Terms and Conditions.

• Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the services complies with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Payment and Billing

• Users agree to pay all fees associated with their selected services in accordance with the billing terms specified.

• The Company may modify pricing with prior notice, and continued use of the services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Engage in any illegal activities using the services.

• Distribute or host malware, phishing sites, or any malicious content.

• Overuse system resources beyond the allocated limits specified in their service plan.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of NVMeVPSPro’s infrastructure.

Data Protection and Privacy

• The Company is committed to protecting user data and complies with applicable data protection laws in Indonesia.

• Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. The Company is not liable for data loss unless explicitly stated in a service agreement.

Suspension and Termination

• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms and Conditions.

• Users may terminate their services at any time by following the cancellation process outlined on NVMeVPSPro’s platform.

• No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to policy violations.

Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

• Users acknowledge that cloud services involve certain risks, including data loss and service disruptions, and agree to use the services at their own risk.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, and technical failures.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, the courts of Indonesia.
